The Dead milkmen

We listened to the best of the Dead Milkmen at work yesterday. Here are a couple of clips, the first is from the Dave Blood memorial show and contains three of my favorite Milkmen tunes. The second clip is the Punk Rock Girls video.

Boxer

I listened to The National's new album Boxer today, good stuff. I was a little worried that it wouldn't hold up after an album like Alligator but I'm definitely into this album. It's energy is a bit toned down but it sounds great and the lyrics hit home. By now you've probably heard Fake Empire so i'll leave you with two more tracks that struck me.

Cold weather

Converse with moose printed all over them are not a good choice in weather like this. I never thought I'd be a person who describes a day in the mid 20's as "beautiful weather".
I'm falling behind on my posts but my damn picture project is taking up most of my computer time.
